Johannah has an extensive consulting background, where her quantitative capabilities alongside her ability to distil and communicate complex problems are a valuable asset. Johannah has worked on projects spanning problems, countries and markets, drawing on her substantive economic modelling and business background. Recent projects include managing the communication requirements for a small Private Equiy trade sale, producing the business cases for a global technology centre and for an acquisition, and helping SMEs write funding pitches for global investors.
Tobin and Johannah first worked together when Johannah was working on the sale of the Tiri businesses on behalf of Goldman Sachs Private Equity and Tobin worked on the due diligence. They subsequently worked together creating a business case for the (confidential) acquisition of a business operating in a complementary industry to the acquirer.
