Mergers and Aquisitions
- In the run up to deals, working with the Vendor and its advisors in order to ready the business for sale
- During the due dilligence prooess working either:
- either with the Vendor to manage the data room process; or
- working alongside the Buyer to provide expert financial support to complement the Buyer's team.
- Post deal, 100 day planning, change management, management reporting and planning

Restructure
- Reporting on the risks and opportunities to the cashflow forecasts of those businesses
- Developing processes within businesses to robustly forecast cash receipts and payments on a weekly basis and monitor actual receipts and payments daily
- Acting as an interim CFO or providing expert support in terms of change management, management reporting and planning.
- Working alongside interested stakeholders in order to effect a satisfactory change in the capital structure of the business.
